Special interventions:

Because each user is unique, our technicians can carry out special interventions before the delivery of a wheelchair. Extending a seat depth, adjusting an armrest, modifying a footrest, our team studies any specific request and proposes a personalized solution. These interventions have to be validated beforehand on estimate.

After-sales service:

After your purchase, your retailer ensures the maintenance of your ErgoConcept mobility solution and lends you an equivalent equipment for any repairs (within the limits of available stocks). The team at the head office is also at your disposal if you need advice based on your return of use.
